Larry Pendleton has over ten years of accounting, tax, and auditing experience as a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he brings more than seven years’ worth of real estate investing experience as the Chief Financial Officer for C.P. Realty and Next Level Investments. He oversaw the accounting and finance of over 3 million dollars’ worth of commercial real estate in that role. Simultaneously, Larry founded P.C. Financial Services, LLC., which provides nationwide tax consulting and planning for real estate professionals.Larry also has a track record of success in Internal Audits. He spent over five years as a Senior Auditor for three companies utilizing his expertise to drive cost efficiencies and grow their brands. As the Director of RIZE’s Financial Operations, his business experience in real estate, combined with his educational background of a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting, means you will be dealing with a financial professional you can trust to maximize efficiencies on every investment.
